"This is the End, my only friend...the End"

If you don't know that Doors song, you suck.

So its finally here. The end of my internship here at the Embassy. I've been keeping the boredom away with several activities, but no more.
I am soon returning to Holland, the country I am most comfortable in.
Today the goodbyes and the final sucking up is going to happen.
I need to ask the Ambassador for a letter of recommendation, my supervisor for one, and one more thing that I can't really publicize. Sensitive info, if you know what I mean.
All in all, I think it was a useful experience.
I know that I'm not really cut out for this kind of job, I'm too alive for it. I like freedom too.
Government positions are only interesting at the top. And I don't have time for that shit.
I'm too eager to start right away.

So I shall return to Holland. I have two job interviews lined up for now. Hopefully I can get one, if not, then I spend 7 months doing something at home... can't imagine what.
In September I would like to go back to school and get my Masters degree. I've found a good program in Rotterdam, at the Erasmus. Thats where the recommendation letter from the Ambassador comes in. He studied there and I would like his support in convincing the Admissions board that I'm a fit candidate for that school.
And now for something completely different.

I gotta go make a dookie.

I can be a nobleman for just 12 dollars

This is pretty cool.
I wouldn't mind having a noble title.
And its only 12 bucks..
I'm seriously thinking about it..

Not much fairness

My plans were kind of shattered.
I wanted to go to Vienna in September(2007) to do a Master study. Unfortunately, the university will not offer that program until 2009. So, I'm not going.
I'm staying Holland for another while, don't know how long exactly.
It kind of pisses me off because Vienna is my favorite city and living there is a dream.
I wonder which party-pooper is responsible.

Anyways, it looks like I will be spending the coming months in Arnhem, with my mother (yay), and doing something to keep myself occupied. No idea what that will be yet.
I need money, so I guess I'll find some crappy part time job or something.
Need money for the summer, for the festivals and concerts I want to go to.

Anyone know about a decent job?
